Blunderbuss

The BB is a crazy strong offhand option for rapier builds to apply quick burst damage at the start of combat. Pestilence is very strong offhand for hatchet or spear also.


All Builds are subject to change as it is still very early in the season and we are learning what is bis as more testing is able to be completed.

Attributes are based on max gear score as you level just get as close to key break points as you can while having enough con to survive.

Rotations

  • Open with Inferno Skills to drop Dots

  • Grenade > Auto

  • Net Shot > Auto

  • Shrapnel Blast > Auto

  • Try use abilities as soon as you auto for the most burst damage. Then re dropping Inferno Abilities when all BB abilities are on cooldown.

Min Max DPS

Your main Priorities in order as shown. If you cant get a good keen speed BB then run nimble coat instead of winged shoes.

  • 5 × Enchanted Ward II ( can switch to Enchanted if you want even more damage )

  • Gem slots on everything ( you will have no protection with calm gems so you will die one shot to anything)

  • Life Stealer’s Draught

  • Sacrificial Empower

  • 2–4 skill perks tied to your weapon setup

  • 5× Vicious & Enchanted - priorities Vicious if you’re stuck with infix’s/fixed perks and need to choose one over the other

  • Refreshment on Earring


    Blood drinker is very nice for Catacombs / Open World / Raids but if you find you don’t need it you can replace with the best ring you have available.
