New World Builds Season 10

Season 10 has brought massive shake-ups to combat balance, artifact sets, and perks which means every single build needs a rethink.
I’ve spent the weekend re-working around 15 core builds as a starting point for everyone. These use a mix of old and new gear: older Enchanted Ward pieces (twice as strong as the new version) and triple-stacked Refreshing where possible.

Please treat these as provisional builds for testing and feedback. We already know more balance changes are coming this week.
Over the next week, please give feedback in Discord, and once the next patch notes drop, I’ll hopefully be able to lock in proper guides for each build.

How to Use These Builds

  • Don’t stress about each perk sitting on the exact same slot focus on matching the total number of those perks across your gear.

  • Prioritize Enchanted Ward + a gem slot, then your main weapon skills, followed by damage-boosting perks.

  • Hoplite sets can be swapped for Azoth Crystal variants.

  • Feel free to flex between Vicious, Leeching, and Sacred depending on whether you want more damage, lifesteal, or healing.

  • Avoid over-investing in perfect gear until we see what the next patch brings — things may shift again soon.

    Gearing Priorities (for now)

Aim for the following as your general baseline while we wait for the next round of updates:

    • 5× Enchanted Ward II

    • 3× Enchanted Ward

    • 3× Refreshing

    • Gem slots on everything

    • 5× Vicious / Sacred / Leeching (depending on your role)

    • Life Stealer’s Draught

    • 2–4 skill perks tied to your weapon setup

    • Refreshment on Earring

    • 1× Keenly Fortified and Protection on your Amulet

This combination should give a strong mix of mitigation, sustain, and offensive output while staying patch-flexible. Consider it your “safe template” for now.

Feedback & Next Steps

This has been a huge solo effort putting everything together over the weekend, so there will definitely be small errors or overlaps.
Please drop your feedback, corrections, and suggestions in Discord once the next patch lands, we’ll finalize and post updated, fully written build guides next weekend.
