Heart runes are an essential part of our kit when entering expeditions, ensure it is charged before entering, this can easily be achieved by charging it on the training dummies behind valor hold

Ward Potions

Ward potions are used at the start of each dungeon to give up to a 10% protection against the specific mob type , some dungeons may need to switch ward potions throughout for different mob types

Honing Stones add up to 7% empower to all equipped weapons when using powerful honing stone, we recommend using the highest tier you can afford

Coatings

Coatings add a flat damage increase to a specific mob type on each weapon you apply, We recommend using the tier V coatings for maximum damage output

Desert Sunrise

Reduce the Duration of DOTs (damage over time) by 17.5% for 40 minutes. Your health slowly recovers while under these effects. - over writes incense

Used in Genesis to clear being blighhted , the lowest/ cheapest potion is the best option here

Powerful Gemstone Dust

( over writes ward pots )

Increases absorption of Elemental damage types by 35% for 20 seconds or until any damage is received 15 times.

Infused Boon of Artemis Potion

Consuming this potion attunes you to the Spores. Lasts for 120 minutes. Upon entering a Spore Cloud and becoming "Spore Drenched," deal 27% more damage and gain increased loot from creatures in the Elysian Wilds for 270 seconds.

Use this in savage divide for a huge damage increase

Artesian Flatbread

Recover 220 health per second for 20 seconds. This recovery stops if damage is taken.
